Please note that due to the current stock and logistics issues surrounding the pandemic and Brexit, our deliveries are not always running to the normal schedule. Please bear with us and allow between 7 and 11 days for your order to arrive.
We ship all products to you for FREE as long as you are on the mainland, except the Highlands of Scotland might be a bit tricky so I suggest that you get in touch regarding the specific vendor and we'll see what can be done.
Free delivery - This, also called, kerb delivery, is to the door to the building of your address ready for you to receive and take to its new home for unpacking.
Delivery to room - This is to a ground or first floor room, assuming that access is freely available.
White Glove Delivery -
This is not always available- as you would expect- due to Covid 19. If we could do it...
The ultimate service is to deliver to the ground or first floor room, unpack and take away all materials, leaving your new bikes, trikes, exercise bikes and scooters in a pristine environment, just waiting for your collection to be added in style. (Where offered this one is a snip at £75.00)
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the payment and contact you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for shipment (within 5 business days), we will submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at help@eWheelz.co.uk
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it on the Proof of Delivery form before signing. If the damage is clearly significant please do not accept the delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos of damage or videos if a functioning error, to help@eWleelz.co.uk within 24 hours and we will process a claim on your behalf with the manufacturer or Carrier to a satisfactory conclusion to obtain a repair, or make a refund should a repair is not practicable in the view of the manufacturer.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a £50 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
If the item is now what you ordered or is faulty, please contact us to arrange for a solution. You will not be responsible shipping costs for faulty items or delivered in error.
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@eWheelz.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
